The Why, The Journey

The Why, The Journey

Hello beautiful people, it’s been a while now that I haven’t shared about myself Taylor - the founder behind Whole Soul. It has been a long time coming dream of mine to share this offering.

I aim to cultivate a completely inclusive community, to create a safe space, an open accepting mindset, a service to support and connect with each other to inspire living in happiness, and a wealth of health, to encourage future generations of how we can adapt and live in harmony amongst a rapidly evolving wider society.

My biggest inspiration has been my family, especially my father through assisting his 16-year journey with the big dirty C. Which we first began with the traditional western medical approach and soon realised that this method would not even come close to providing the ongoing support of health required to manage the quality of living… so we pivoted to explore & research in a holistic ‘Alternative' sense, where we found answers to improving immediate life quality!

Holistic yogic living has been a shining light for me and a method that made sense in every aspect - Body, Mind, & Soul.

For the past 7 years, I have been studying and practising holistic living with a focus on yogic philosophy which is completely holistic - not just an exercise but encompasses all aspects that are critical to thriving in living a life of ease health and freedom!

Unfortunately, this had not been enough to cure my father long-term, so I am here with a full-hearted passion to journey with those ready to commit to health, prioritise wellbeing and their future, to make the commitment and perhaps sacrifice of luxury comforts for the greater longterm good, to inspire a culture of preventative living rather than fixing the problems and learning how to manage those ailments if they do occur...

Yes, traditional medicine does have its place in modern-day life and knowing when to accompany this along with living a life of holistic natural medicine is key!

Understanding how the body works what it needs and remembering that everybody is unique and needs a tailored approach is vital to sustainability.

Unfortunately, this had not been enough to cure my father long-term, so I am here with a full-hearted passion to journey with those ready to commit to health, prioritise wellbeing and their future, to make the commitment and perhaps sacrifice of luxury comforts for the greater longterm good, to inspire a culture of preventative living rather than fixing the problems and learning how to manage those ailments if they do occur…

My Vision: Let lifestyle be thy way to health, through understanding, breathing, nutrition, movement, relaxation, environment, mental and emotional exploration. If we can live in balance, we can sustain a life of ease, harmony and peace.
Be the change you wish to see...
